Based on the idea of developing thinnest rugged phone, we started the design in the first place. From electronic module, battery density ratio, motherboard clearance, to assembly process, we constantly adjusting in every detail.
Craft
After design, every process is vital to build a thin yet tough structure. We adopt advanced processes, including built-in hardware molding, optimizing SMT, and increasing fastening means.
Material
We adopt quality materials to achieve design requirement, like PCB holders, batter holders, robust electronics, overall bottom cases, and automatic charging protection devices.
