Warranty Policy
IIIF150 is committed to delivering reliable products and dependable after-sales support. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage for products purchased through the IIIF150 Official Store.
All IIIF150 smartphones purchased from our official website are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty, effective from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
If your product develops a covered defect during the warranty period, IIIF150 may, at its discretion, provide:
• Technical troubleshooting
• Repair service
• Replacement parts
• Product replacement with the same or an equivalent model
The appropriate solution will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Accidental drops, impacts, crushing, or abuse
• Improper use or misuse
• Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear
• Failure to follow the product instructions
• Use of incompatible accessories or chargers
• Exposure to chemicals or corrosive substances
• Water damage caused by use beyond the product's specified protection limits
• Natural disasters, fire, flooding, or other external causes
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
• Products with altered, removed, or unreadable serial numbers
IIIF150 rugged smartphones are tested under controlled laboratory conditions to meet certified durability standards.
Waterproof, dustproof, and drop-resistant performance may decrease over time due to normal wear, accidental damage, improper maintenance, or use beyond the certified testing conditions.
Damage caused by intentional abuse or use outside the product specifications is not covered under this warranty.
If your warranty has expired or the issue is not covered, IIIF150 may still provide repair service.
Charges for replacement parts, labor, or shipping may apply. A quotation will be provided before any paid repair is carried out.
Before returning your device, please contact our customer support team.
Please provide:
• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Product model & IMEI number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or videos, if applicable
Our support team may ask you to perform basic troubleshooting before arranging warranty service.
If your claim is approved, we will provide detailed shipping instructions.
If you experience a product issue during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team before returning your device.
After reviewing the information you provide, IIIF150 will assess your warranty claim and determine the most appropriate solution. Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, or product replacement.
If your warranty claim is approved and the product needs to be returned, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Most warranty requests are processed within 7–15 business days after we receive all required information or the returned product, depending on the specific service required. Processing times may vary based on the nature of the issue, parts availability, and shipping conditions.
For approved warranty claims involving manufacturing defects, IIIF150 will cover the reasonable shipping costs where applicable.
If the inspection determines that the issue is not covered by this warranty, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable repair charges.
